Balser founded Tiba Managementberatung GmbH over 35 years ago, which has since developed into a holding company known for its expertise in transformation, process, change, and project management. Till holds a degree in economics and has been regarded as a trailblazer and a pioneer in the field of project management, not least due to his specially developed systemic holistic approach, the Tiba 4-Axis-Cross®.
