Effective change management is crucial for successfully and sustainably implementing changes in your company. However, in the world of change management, there are a multitude of methods – which we know very well. In our brochure, we present the advantages and limitations of the most well-known change management models such as the ADKAR® methodology by Prosci®, the 3-Phase Model by Lewin, the 8-Step Model by Kotter, and several others. In addition, we illustrate through practical examples and a direct comparison of all models which model is best suited for which change projects.
