Case Study: Complex project management – Success with cplace
MTU Aero Engines AG is Germany’s leading engine manufacturer with locations worldwide. Since 2018, Tiba Technologieberatung has been supporting MTU in the gradual introduction of the cplace collaboration platform. The goal: to replace previously used Excel applications and create a consolidated, networked and user-friendly database. So far, we have developed more than ten applications based on cplace for MTU. In the following, we present four of them and their added value for MTU.
Case Study: How IAV digitizes its project management
IAV GmbH, one of the world’s largest engineering companies in the automotive industry, was struggling with a multitude of confusing and inefficient isolated solutions for its project management. Since mid-2020, Tiba Technologieberatung has been helping IAV digitize their project management using the Planisware Enterprise solution. We report on how we support IAV in managing their more than 900 parallel customer projects in a process-compliant manner, making them more efficient and creating transparency across the company.
