Agile Check

We establish a foundation for the 'Tiba 7 Agile Principles®' in your company, serving as the basis for agile transformation. This enables the identification of action areas and prioritization of next steps. Additionally, regular Agile Checks can be conducted to transparently track progress.

SCRUM Initiation

We offer teams training in the Scrum framework and support them in its practical application. This includes, if necessary, coaching for the roles of the Product Owner and the Scrum Master, including the management of stakeholders and interfaces, as required.

Kanban Initiation

We offer training on the Kanban method and assist you in creating your first Kanban boards for project work, based on current processes and value stream analyses. Additionally, we support you through coaching in the iterative development of these boards during regular retrospectives.

OKR Initiation

We offer training sessions for executive boards, leadership teams, and team members to align your entire team for success. Together, we establish objectives and key results (OKRs). Our coaches assist in implementing the first OKR cycle and provide advisory support in all subsequent cycles, while also qualifying internal OKR masters.

Agile Scaling

Agile scaling involves extending agile methods beyond team dimensions to achieve business agility. From our experience, a holistic approach is essential to achieving your business agility. We support the implementation of SAFe®, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, or DA.

SAFe®

The Agile Onion Model

The Agile Onion model describes different levels of agility. Organizations that want to adopt agility usually start with the outer layers of the onion. They introduce tools and processes, and then in the next step, new methods (such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.). All these measures are visible changes that alone have little impact. The full power of methods, tools, and processes can only unfold when the inner layers of the onion - the core - become part of the organizational culture. At its core, agility is a mindset that encompasses certain values and principles. This core is not directly visible, but it is all the more powerful in realizing the full potential of agility in organizations.
