Our History

The Tiba-4-Axis Cross®
In 1989, Till Balser founded Tiba and developed a comprehensive project management approach that goes beyond traditional network planning techniques.
Global Education Expert
In 1998, Tiba became the first certified training partner of PMI^® in Germany and one of the first in Europe.
Expansion of Core Competencies
In 2010, Tiba expanded its expertise to include process and change management, establishing Tiba Project Services, HR Consulting, Business School, and Coaching.
Agilization
Since 2017, Tiba has been integrating agile methods into its “Project Management 4.0” –
a concept that considers situational cultural aspects and promotes an agile mindset.
Future-Oriented Transformation
In 2021, with over 35 years of experience, Tiba has expanded its portfolio to include competencies in transformation and organizational development as well as digital transformation, such as ERP implementation.
Holding Structure & Expansion
In 2022, Tiba established the “Tiba Transformation Group” holding company, comprising 13 entities, including subsidiaries in Switzerland, Spain, the USA, and the service company “Tiba Group Services.”
Concentration of Marketing Expertise
In 2023, originating from the marketing department, Tiba Marketing GmbH, complements the Tiba Transformation Group with strategy, communication, design, marketing automation, and web development.
Growth Path
Since 2023, strengthened by restructuring, the Tiba group unites synergies for sustainable growth of its entities through efficient resource utilization and innovations to meet future challenges.
